You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED the application by Mathewson Real Estate Holdings for a Special Exception from Section III.I.E.3, 25-foot wetlands buffer, of the Zoning Ordinance of the town of Greenfield for two private driveway crossings, located on Map R1, lots 1-2 and 1-2-3.
